How do I reset my fitness plan?

You can start a new assessment from the "Profile & Settings" screen in the app. This will reset your previous plans and progress, allowing you to create a new personalized plan.

Why is the app asking for camera or location permissions?

Camera access is required for AI food logging and form check features. Location access is optional and used to improve nutritional estimates based on regional food variations. You can manage permissions in your device settings.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the "Profile & Settings" screen in the app. This will permanently erase all your personal data from our servers.
